Healing Tides: A Biodynamic Touch
Healing Tides: A Biodynamic Touch offers gentle Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and holistic bodywork in Northeast Albuquerque with Christine Ebner.
Healing Tides Gives You Space to Be Heard
There is a particular kind of frustration that comes from knowing something in your body or your life needs attention while still feeling like nobody is really listening. Healing Tides: A Biodynamic Touch is especially well suited for people who are tired of that experience.
Christine Ebner approaches her work differently. She is not interested in reducing everything you are experiencing to one isolated complaint. Her perspective is holistic, looking at the physical, mental, emotional, energetic, and spiritual parts of a person together. Just as important, she creates space for you to explain what you are noticing and what brought you there in the first place.
That ability to listen is a big part of what makes Healing Tides personal. You are not expected to arrive with the right terminology or already understand Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy. You can arrive with questions.
A Gentle Approach to Craniosacral Therapy in Albuquerque
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is the primary focus of Healing Tides. If you are expecting a conventional massage or deep tissue work, this is a very different experience.
Christine practices the biodynamic approach, which emphasizes gentle contact and no force. Rather than mechanically pushing or pulling on the body, the session is intentionally quiet and subtle. Christine pays close attention to what she observes through the body while allowing the session to progress without forcing a particular response.
That distinction is important because craniosacral therapy is not one single approach. Christine deliberately chose the biodynamic tradition because its philosophy aligned with the way she wanted to work with the whole person.
The experience itself is calm and unhurried. You remain fully clothed for Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, and the work does not depend on intense pressure or uncomfortable manipulation. For someone who wants a gentler form of bodywork, that can make Healing Tides much easier to approach.
Christine Ebner Brings Years of Focused Training
Christine has worked in bodywork since 2007, but Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is not simply another technique she added to a long list of services.
Her path into this work required years of focused study. While living in Texas, Christine regularly traveled from Dallas to Santa Fe for training, making the trip several times a year. She completed the 700 hour Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Foundation program in May 2023 and earned the RCST credential through the Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy Association of North America.
RCST stands for Registered Craniosacral Therapist. The credential represents completion of an extensive Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy foundation program rather than a short introductory course. For someone deciding who to trust with a subtle form of bodywork, that depth of specialized education is worth knowing about.
Christine has also continued her education beyond the foundation program, including another 120 hours of study related to pre and perinatal patterns. Continuing to learn is part of the way she approaches her profession.
How New Mexico Became Home
There is also a very natural connection between Healing Tides and New Mexico.
Christine originally traveled here for her Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy education. Over time, those repeated trips between Dallas and Santa Fe introduced her to a part of the country she came to love. The mountains, desert, and landscape of New Mexico stayed with her.
Eventually, moving here made more sense than continually traveling back and forth for training. Christine moved to New Mexico on Leap Day in 2024 and reopened Healing Tides in Albuquerque that July.
What began as a place she traveled to study became home.
Today, Healing Tides operates on Skyline Road NE in Albuquerque. It gives Christine a local practice while keeping her connected to the teachers and biodynamic community that originally brought her to New Mexico.
What You Can Expect From Christine
The atmosphere Christine creates is a large part of the Healing Tides experience.
Her approach is attentive, warm, and personal. There is room to talk about what is going on before the hands on portion of a session begins. There is also room to ask questions if Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is completely unfamiliar to you.
That is particularly valuable with a service that can be difficult to explain until you have experienced it. Christine does not need you to understand every concept behind biodynamics before scheduling. She is open to a conversation about what you are experiencing, what you have already tried, and whether her approach makes sense for you.
You can also expect the work itself to be gentle. Nothing about the session requires you to perform, concentrate on getting a particular result, or know what you are supposed to notice. Experiences can be subtle and vary from one person to another.
The important part is having a setting where you can settle in, be listened to, and experience the work without being rushed.
More Than One Way to Begin
Healing Tides offers several ways to explore Christine's approach.
Along with standard Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy sessions, Christine offers shorter Still Point sessions. These are designed as a brief introduction to the biodynamic process and give someone who is curious about the work a smaller first step.
Healing Tides also offers Usui Reiki and crystal healing, chakra balancing and crystal healing, Integrated Energy Therapy, distance Reiki, and intuitive reading and guidance. Those additional services reflect Christine's broader interest in working with the whole person rather than limiting every appointment to one perspective.
Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, however, remains the specialty at the center of the practice.
A Place for People Who Are Tired of Feeling Dismissed
The person I think is most likely to connect with Healing Tides is someone who has spent a long time knowing that something does not seem right, but has struggled to put the experience into words or feel fully heard.
Christine understands that frustration.
Healing Tides does not need to promise that one modality has every answer. What it offers is something much more grounded: a specialized form of complementary bodywork, a practitioner with substantial training, a gentle approach, and the opportunity to be treated like a whole person rather than a collection of separate pieces.
For someone who has grown tired of repeating themselves or walking away from conversations feeling unheard, that alone makes Healing Tides worth knowing about.
Starting With Healing Tides
You do not have to know whether Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy is right for you before reaching out.
If you already feel comfortable with the approach, Healing Tides offers online scheduling. If you would rather understand the process first, Christine is also open to consultations and questions before you book.
That willingness to have the conversation fits the practice itself.
Healing Tides begins with listening.
